Cryolipolysis for stubborn fat
Cold body sculpting, or cryolipolysis, reduces a bulge of fat you can pinch: lower belly, love handles, inner thighs, bra line or under the chin. It takes one appointment per area and no needles.

How it works
An applicator draws the area in and cools it to a controlled temperature. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than skin, muscle or nerves, so they are damaged while the surrounding tissue is not. Over the following weeks your body breaks down and clears the damaged fat cells.
What a course of treatment looks like
Each area takes 35 to 60 minutes. Changes usually start to show around three weeks, with most of the result at two to three months. Some areas benefit from a second round, which we assess at a follow-up.
Is it right for you?
Usually a good fit
- Pinchable fat on the abdomen, flanks, thighs, upper arms, back or under the chin
- People near their goal weight
- Anyone who wants fat reduction without surgery or downtime
We may advise against it if you have
- Cold-related conditions such as cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria
- Raynaud’s disease or reduced sensation in the area
- Pregnancy, or a hernia in or near the area
- Fat that cannot be drawn into the applicator
This is general information. Your consultation covers your own health history before anything is booked.
Before and after your appointment
- 1The first few minutes feel intensely cold and pulling, then the area goes numb. Most people read or use their phone.
- 2We massage the area afterwards.
- 3Numbness, tingling, bruising or tenderness can last a few weeks. That is normal.
- 4Rarely, the treated area grows firmer fat instead of shrinking. We explain this risk at the consultation.

“The equipment was great and we didn't just learn textbook theory — we used real, modern tools. They always kept things current and relevant. I love…”
